Craig's List has become my new best shopping place. In the last year I have filled my house with furniture purchased there at wonderful savings.
** I have added a list of the items we used to build our green home. See the tip page*

What have I gotten myself into now! Ha Ha
I was able to do a side by side comparison between the Options for Life Kitchen and Bathroom cleaner, and the leading bleach spray cleaner that I normally use.
What I found out is that this green product works just as well in all areas, and it even removed a drink stain from my counter top. That really did suprise me since it did not contain bleach. As for built up grease, I did have to wait the recommended 10 minutes , but then it clean easily.
I would rather use this Kitchen and Bath Product because of several reasons.
1) The smell was much better; you are not overwhelmed by the smell like you are with the bleach cleaner.
2) The cleaning actions meets the same level of efficiency as the more harmful cleaners
3) And most important, I felt safer about using this product around food, especially when it comes to the harmful effects that bleach can have if ingested.
I now use it reqularly in my kitchen.
Biodegradable paper plates the two things I wanted to keep in mind was:
** My choice was Earth Shell plates ** http://www.earthshellnow.com
There are many types of plates that are made of Bagasse (The remains of sugarcane stalks) but I did not want to purchase a product that had to be shipped from over seas. That is why I chose Earth Shell. They are made of Corn, Potatoes and Limestone, and are made locally in the US.
